Judicial Center Project Overview

Jessamine County has officially broken ground on a new Judicial Center that will modernize and centralize court services throughout the county.

The three-story facility will house courtrooms and administrative offices in one location, improving safety, accessibility, and efficiency for the public and court staff alike. The project is part of a statewide initiative to upgrade judicial facilities and was authorized by the Kentucky General Assembly.

The new building will total approximately 69,900 square feet and will include modern technology and enhanced security features. Architectural services are provided by Brandstetter Carroll, with WEHR Constructors serving as construction manager and RSA Advisors as financial agent.

The project is currently under construction, with completion expected in 2028.
