Incomplete applications will NOT BE ACCEPTED and shall be returned to the applicant. Please provide all required documentation and fee payment at time of submittal.

 Beginning November 5, 2025 a Business Certificate will be required for all permit applications.

  • The Residential Building Permit Application form should be used for New Single-Family Dwellings and Residential Accessory Structures over 200 square feet.
  • The Zoning Permit Application should be used for Accessory Structures under 200 Square feet.
