Justin is a lifelong resident of Jessamine County. He is a 2001 graduate of East Jessamine High School. Justin spent nineteen years with Lee Tire, five years with First Southern National Bank, ten years as Magistrate of District 1, and was appointed as Deputy Judge/Executive in October 2024. Justin serves on multiple boards: Emergency Services, Jessamine County Health Department, Riney B Park, Destination Development, Nicholasville/Jessamine County Parks & Recreation Chairman, and Chamber Ambassador. He has also served as the Chamber of Commerce President, Jessamine Education Foundation volunteer, organizes the annual Paint the Town event, chaired multiple committees, and is active in PTO at his children’s schools. Justin will continue his board commitments for the Fiscal Court as Deputy Judge/Executive.
Justin has been married to his wife Jenny since 2005. Together they have four children: Raegan, Avery, Grayson, and Lyla. They are members of Porter Memorial Baptist Church, where Justin leads the Adult Special Education Life Group. Favorite hobbies include traveling with his family, attending and coaching his children’s sporting events, woodworking, and public address announcing at East Jessamine home sporting events.
