“Salute to Service” community event honoring veterans

Wilmore’s “Salute to Service” is a meaningful community event honoring the service and sacrifice of military veterans while bringing together history, remembrance, and celebration. The event commemorates several major milestones, including America’s 250th birthday, Wilmore’s 150th anniversary, and the anniversaries of the Thomson Hood Veterans Center and 9 11. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience powerful memorial displays, connect with veterans, and take part in a tribute recognizing 250 individuals who have served our country.
