Jessamine County Fiscal Court

Jessamine County Fiscal Court (JCFC) is responsible for managing the county’s finances, infrastructure, and essential services. JCFC is comprised of the county judge-executive and six magistrates who work with other elected officials and personnel to ensure that Jessamine County operates efficiently and effectively for its residents. JCFC oversees county budgets, public safety and health initiatives, road maintenance, planning and zoning, parks and recreation, and other services that improve the quality of life in the community. The court also sets policies, enacts ordinances, and works closely with various county departments, addressing needs and creating opportunities for Jessamine County residents. The Fiscal Court convenes meetings each month and gives citizens opportunities to stay informed about county projects and decisions. The Court is committed to transparency, community involvement, and the responsible stewardship of resources to benefit all residents.
