Looking for the perfect place to host your next meeting or celebration? Our versatile event spaces in Jessamine County offer a welcoming setting for everything from business conferences to special celebrations. Whether it’s a corporate meeting or a momentous occasion, we provide the ideal space to make your event memorable.

$200.00 refundable deposit required. Deposit will be kept in the event of damage to facility or cancellation without a 30-day notice.

Buildings are for non-profit use only
Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve the rental in your name
Rentals are booked for a calendar year only
Maximum of 2 reservations per month by one person for facility rentals
One rental reservation per day for each property
No Alcoholic beverages permitted on premises

Blue Building

Price: $53.00 per day
Location: 400 ½ Park Dr. Nicholasville, KY 40356
Hours: Friday-Sunday, 12pm-11pm
Capacity: 100 people
Amenities: Kitchen with microwave and fridge included, stove not included
Tables/Seating: 18 six-foot banquet tables with 169 chairs available for use.
Misc: Conveniently located next to a park.

Keene Community Center

Price: $53.00 per day
Location: 114 Keene Troy Road, Versailles, KY 40383
Hours: Friday-Sunday, 12pm-11pm
Capacity: 50 people
Amenities:Full kitchen, including stove
Tables/Seating: 20 six-foot banquet tables and 4 round 60-inch plastic tables with 96 chairs available for use
Misc: Conveniently located next to a park

High Bridge Pavilion

Price: $132.50 per day
Location: 225 Old Park Rd. Wilmore, KY 40390
Hours: Friday-Sunday, 12pm-11pm (Only available April 1st - October 31st)
Capacity: 175 people
Amenities: Kitchen with microwave, fridge and ice machine, stove not included
Tables/Seating:13 round 60-inch plastic tables and 10 six-foot banquet tables with 100 chairs available for use.
