About Magistrate Teater
Adam is a lifelong resident of Jessamine County and the 5th District. He has spent his entire life serving the community which he loves. He has worked diligently for and with multiple agencies and organizations within Jessamine County. He has served as a Firefighter within Jessamine County for 14 years and achieved the rank of Lieutenant for his service. He also has had the opportunity to serve as a Police Officer in Nicholasville for 18 years.
He is married to his best friend, Heather, and has two wonderful children.
District 5 Information
District 5 is located southeast of the downtown Nicholasville area. Its bordered by US Route 27x to the west and extends southeast towards the Madison County line.
District 5 is home to Camp Nelson, a Civil War National Monument that attracts countless visitors for tours and walkthroughs. The Jessamine County Fairgrounds and the Jessamine County Public Library are integral aspects of the County and also reside within District 5.
